Terms of service

The service

Tabdeel helps a store receive return and exchange requests, apply the settings it chooses, track shipments, and manage outcomes and reports. Some features depend on Salla and the payment, shipping, and communication services used by Tabdeel.

Monthly plans

A request counts when it is submitted in Tabdeel. Any additional amount appears before payment or in the billing details.

• Essential: SAR 199 per month, including 25 return or exchange requests, then SAR 4 for each additional request.
• Advanced: SAR 499 per month, including 100 return or exchange requests, then SAR 3 for each additional request.

Payment, renewal, and cancellation

Stream manages subscription payment. The plan renews monthly until the account owner cancels it. Cancellation can be requested from billing or through support, and access continues until the end of the paid period unless Stream shows a different arrangement at checkout. The account owner remains responsible for charges due before cancellation takes effect.

When an exchange requires an additional amount, the shopper sees it before paying through Stream. We verify the payment confirmation and match it to the request and store before recording it in the store balance in Tabdeel. Returning from the payment page alone does not prove collection.

After payment confirmation and the exchange conditions are met, Tabdeel creates a replacement order linked to the original Salla order without collecting the same amount from the shopper again. The merchant decides refund eligibility under its policy and follows up on actions that require its account.

A refund of an amount collected through Stream is not shown as complete until Stream confirms it. An original-order refund by bank transfer is sent to the account supplied by the shopper and is not recorded as complete until the operator confirms the actual transfer.

If the outcome of a payment, refund, or replacement order cannot be confirmed, that step stops while we verify the result. The merchant should review its status or contact support before asking the shopper to pay again. We do not promise a collection or refund date that the connected service has not confirmed.

The merchant prepays Tabdeel Shipping funds. The agreed label price is deducted after booking is confirmed, and booking stops when the balance is insufficient. Uninstalling from Salla does not automatically cancel a Stream subscription; subscription cancellation is a separate billing or support action.

Merchant responsibilities

• Choose the return and exchange policy, fees, windows, and outcomes shown to shoppers.
• Keep product, order, address, and contact data received from the store or entered by its team accurate.
• Review requests and complete any payment, coupon, or shipment action that requires access to the merchant account.
• Tell shoppers how their data is used and answer requests about their data.
• Protect the account and never share sign-in codes or grant access to unauthorized people.

Salla and connected services

The merchant grants Tabdeel the permissions approved in Salla and can uninstall the app to end the connection. Use of the payment, shipping, and communication services operated by Tabdeel is also subject to their terms.

Service availability

We work to keep Tabdeel available and secure, but maintenance or an outage in Salla or a connected service may interrupt a feature. We will address failures inside Tabdeel and tell the merchant what action is needed when a connected service caused the issue.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tabdeel to access a store or data without permission, submit harmful content, disrupt the service, or run misleading transactions. We may suspend an account for clear misuse or overdue payments until the account owner resolves the cause.

Ending the account and data

A merchant can cancel the subscription and uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling ends Salla access, and we handle remaining data as described in the privacy notice.
