How we protect your store and your shoppers' data
Tabdeel reaches only what it needs to handle returns and exchanges, never sells data, and deletes its access to your store when you uninstall.
Access to your store
Tabdeel connects to Salla with the permissions shown on the install screen, and reads the orders, products and customers it needs to handle returns and exchanges. When you uninstall, syncing stops and we delete the access that lets Tabdeel reach your store.
Sign-in and your team
- Merchants sign in with a 6 digit code sent to their email, valid for one hour.
- The store owner invites the team, and only the owner manages the subscription.
Shoppers
A shopper opens a return with their order number and the phone number on the order, so they only see their own orders.
Payments
Payments run through Stream. Tabdeel never stores full card numbers.
Where data is hosted
- The database, sign-in and uploaded files are hosted on Supabase.
- The Tabdeel site runs on Vercel.
- Email is sent through Resend.

We don't sell store or shopper data. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time. The full details are in the privacy notice.
