You do, entirely. Tabdeel ships no floor and no ceiling: set zero to close the channel, or ninety days to make a long promise, store-wide or per product rule. Meeting the obligations you have to your own customers is your policy decision - we store exactly what you set and apply it consistently.
Damaged, defective, wrong-item and not-as-described returns are fee-free by default, and every one of those reasons is a setting you control rather than a rule we impose.
